About ABA

What is ABA therapy and how does it help my child?

Applied Behavior Analysis uses structured techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. It is well researched and effective, focusing on reinforcing positive behavior and building essential life skills.

What ages do you serve?

We serve children from birth through age 21, with programs designed for developmental milestones at every stage.

How do I know if my child needs ABA?

If you've noticed challenges with communication, social interaction, daily routines or behavior, ABA may help. Schedule a consultation and a BCBA will assess your child's needs.

Who will be working with my child?

Sessions are delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). All clinicians are credentialed or licensed under their boards.

Where do sessions take place?

We provide 1:1 direct services in-clinic or in-home. When needed, we can support select services in school.

Getting started

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Not always. Some insurance plans require one. Contact us and we'll walk you through what your plan needs.

How often will my child have therapy?

It depends on your child's needs. Many children attend several sessions a week. We'll build a schedule around your child's goals and your family's routine.

Do you provide transportation?

Not at this time. If transportation stands between your child and services, please tell us so we can help look for options.

Insurance & payment

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We work with several plans, including Tricare. Contact us to verify your coverage.

What if I don't have insurance, or it doesn't cover ABA?

We offer flexible payment options and can discuss sliding scale fees or other assistance to make therapy accessible.

Progress & family involvement

How will I know my child is making progress?

We track every goal with data and regular assessments, and share frequent updates with you.

Can I be involved in my child's therapy?

Yes, and we encourage it. Parent training gives you tools and strategies to practice at home between sessions.

Will you coordinate with my child's school or doctors?

Yes. With your consent, we collaborate with schools and other providers so everyone works toward the same goals.

Do you offer telehealth?

Not currently. All direct services are in person.

What if my child is sick and can't attend?

Please contact us as early as you can so we can reschedule.
